Refund Policy
Once the showtime for the ticket has passed, You have up to 1 hour before the movie starts. If your showtime has not passed, to refund StadiumCinemas.com ticket purchases online (minus the online fee)
Refunds may take up to 3-7 business days to reflect on your bank account. Refunds conducted on the same date of the transaction will be voided and the original “pending” charge will fall off the applicable account in up to 3-7 business days.
Tickets may be exchanged or refunded at the theatre’s box office any time up to 1 hour before the showtime. To exchange stadiumcinemas.com ticket purchases at the theater, the credit card used in the purchase must be presented at the box office.
To refund Stadiumcinemas.com ticket purchases at the theater (minus the online fee), the confirmation number and credit card or gift card used in the online purchase must be presented at the box office to process a refund. Once the showtime for the ticket has passed, tickets are not refundable.

Request a Refund

Refunds may take 1–7 business days to reflect in your account. Refunds processed on the same day of purchase are usually voided, and the original pending charge will drop off in 1–7 business days.
Tickets may be exchanged or refunded at the theater box office up to 1 hour before show times to process an online ticket refund at the box office, bring your Confirmation number Credit card or gift card used for the purchase. The credit card used must be presented for any exchanges. Once showtime has passed, tickets are non-refundable. Same refund timing rules (1–7 business days) apply.
If we cancel a show, you’ll receive a full refund including any service fees, or in most cases, a movie pass will be issued.
How to Request a Refund Online
Go to the “Featured Movies” section, just above the calendar dates in the orange bar, to the far right, Click the three stacked lines (menu), Then scroll down and click “Purchases”. Find your movie and click the “Refund” button.
Scroll to the bottom of the Movies listed and look for the menue. Tap the three stacked lines above the “More” section. Then tap “Purchases”. Find your movie and click the “Refund” button.
Tap “More” in the bottom right menu. Tap “Purchases”. Find your movie and click the “Refund” button.
Creating a member account makes it easier to manage purchases and request refunds.
Sign up with your email and password You’ll receive a confirmation email and can easily view or revise tickets.
If you purchased without logging in:
Tap the person icon at the top select “Purchases” from the menu. If prompted, sign in or create a password to access your ticket and the refund option.
